adequate stay near attractions

convenient location quality breakfast unreliable wifi small bathroom

the location is very convenient. it is a short walk to the blue mosque and the tram which goes to eminonu and galata. breakfast was also good quality.

the wifi was not very reliable. it was often slow and difficult to connect. also, the bathroom felt small compared to the pictures i saw online

The staff was really helpful!!! I appreciated that they promptly addressed any concerns. The hotel location is convenient to main attractions.

great location helpful staff varied choices

The hotel had a great location very close to many tourist attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful . They assisted me with directions. the included breakfast was varied with many choices and i enjoyed it.

the bathroom design had a small flaw as the shower water sometimes leaked onto the floor despite my best efforts.

my standard double or twin room included a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. the air conditioning worked effectively plus a mini fridge was very convenient for storing drinks. housekeeping kept the room very clean .

the hotel provided complimentary wifi throughout, though it was a little slow at times. the lobby had comfortable seating, and the front desk was always staffed, which i appreciated. there was also a tour desk available to book local excursions.

Breakfast featured a selection of breads, cheeses, and olives. some hot dishes. the coffee machine made decent espressos, and fresh fruit was available daily! the breakfast area was clean and well kept. I had no complaints.
